Privacy Policy
Multiservice CRM ("we," "us," "our") provides client-management software for immigration, tax, and insurance service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide when you register or request a demo — name, business name, email, and phone number.
- Client data you enter into the platform — such as contact details, case information, documents, and payment records. You control this data; we process it on your behalf.
- Messaging data from clients who contact you through the WhatsApp/SMS bot, used to route, answer, and log conversations.
- Usage data — basic logs, device/browser information, and analytics used to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and secure the platform.
- To respond to demo requests and support inquiries.
- To improve features, performance, and reliability.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data or your clients' data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sensitive data
Some records may include sensitive information such as Social Security Numbers or government case credentials. These fields are encrypted at rest, access is restricted by role and permission, and every access is written to an audit log.
Sharing & processors
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform (for example, hosting, messaging, and payment infrastructure), under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention & your rights
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@multiservicecrm.com.
Terms of Service
By accessing or using Multiservice CRM, you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
- You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter and for obtaining any consents required from your clients.
- You must keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
- You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Subscriptions & trials
Demos and any trial periods are provided as-is. Paid plans, if applicable, are billed per the terms presented at signup. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing.
Disclaimer
Multiservice CRM is software for managing your practice. It is not a substitute for legal, tax, or immigration advice, and USCIS case-status results are provided by third-party sources. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multiservice CRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Security
Security is built into the platform, not bolted on.
- Encryption: sensitive fields (e.g., SSNs, stored credentials) are encrypted at rest; traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
- Passwords: stored only as salted hashes — never in plaintext and never viewable, including by administrators.
- Multi-factor authentication: optional TOTP two-factor login for every user.
- Access control: role-based permissions determine who can view or edit sensitive data.
- Audit logging: access to sensitive records and administrative actions is recorded.
- Rate limiting & validation: the API is rate-limited and validates inbound requests.
